  • Stock Jewelry: Items purchased from our in-stock collection may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition, unworn, and have not been altered, damaged, or worked on by any other jeweler.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry: Because these pieces are created specifically for you, they are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

  • Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at info@wallicodiamonds.com or call 214-444-9821. We’ll provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label. All returns must include original packaging and documentation.

  • Refunds: All returned items will be carefully inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our return conditions. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
